Privacy Policy

RentProof stores submitted listing links, pasted text, uploaded files, payment metadata, scan results, and generated reports in Supabase so the service can deliver reports and show dashboard history.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. AI analysis is handled by OpenAI. Listing extraction may use Firecrawl or direct page fetching. Email delivery may use Resend.

Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information. Uploaded screenshots and lease PDFs should be limited to rental review materials.
