RentProof provides automated rental listing review tools for informational due diligence. You are responsible for verifying listing details, payment instructions, lease terms, and local requirements before applying, paying, or signing.

Reports may contain errors or omissions because listings, screenshots, lease PDFs, market context, and third-party extraction tools can be incomplete. Do not use the service as the sole basis for a rental decision.

You agree not to upload unlawful content, sensitive personal information that is not needed for a scan, or documents you do not have permission to process.
